The inception of Care4autism in Hyderabad was a mere passion of Mrs Mansi Bagwe Das in 2009 to include the children with autism in the main stream school. After her completion of M.A. in special education from Northampton University, England. She came to Hyderabad and started a day therapy Center with merely few students at a small two bedroom residential building.

Her continuous passion to make a difference in the children with autism motivated her to upgrade her knowledge by means of attending different workshops in India and abroad. She's the only one in India to get Certified from PECS, USA. She's also a certified with the TEAACH Approach from North Carolina University and is also a certified ABA Therapist.

Dr Anil Kundra; the founder of The City High school was inspired by Mansi's work and joined with Mansi forming a society; their ideas and vision was to help these children and parents, decided to build an exclusive residential facility for children with autism.

In 2014 a residential school was constructed in Keshavaram village in Telangana a suburb of Greater Hyderabad. Today, Autism Ashram is the only one in the world to be equipped to handle capacity of 50 students along with 24x7 care givers. There are about 50 caregivers,6 security personnel, 3 cooks and support staff of 50 (teaching and administrative ).The children are served 5 times a day vegetarian satvik food, no onion and no garlic. There is 24 hours power supply with generator backup, inbuilt RO water plant in the campus.

Additionally there are 2 senior nurses who help monitor children's health and track their medicine history.
Autism Ashram also has a vocational school for adults with autism.

Care4Autism day center is located at Bolarum in Secunderabad is a day school with 37 students along with 25 teaching stuff- this cares for therapy and other activities for children with ASD.
