We are a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service, located across two sites in the National Capital Region of Delhi, India. We provide a range of holistic mental health care solutions for children and adolescents until the age of 25 years.

We are innovating and adapting continuously to the local needs and global trends of child and adolescent mental health. Therefore, our focus now includes working on prevention, awareness and empowering the community. We are increasingly involved in the wider community through our outreach programmes and are trying to build capacity through our training courses.

We aim to provide ethical, reliable, supportive and effective mental health care that is evidence based, transparent and compassionate.
Services available:
1) Clinical and Counseling Services- Individual therapy for socio-emotional and clinical work, family work and group work.
2) Developmental Services: Screening, diagnosis, intervention plans (direct and home-based), family education for children with developmental delays and differences such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Sensory Processing Disorder, Global Developmental Delays, Dyspraxia, ADHD, etc.
3) Cognitive, Developmental, Sensory Integration and Occupational Therapy assessments.
4) Consultation with Psychiatrists.

All the above services are available for children, adolescents, and young adults up to the age of 25 years.

However, as we are all amidst this pandemic and the lockdown, Children First has taken its clinical and counseling therapy completely online. The online therapeutic services are available to everyone globally, across all ages.
